RedBox Fitness is a website that was created by me, Melissa because I wanted to provide fitness tips that revolve around enhancing performance for sports or day-to-day life, and recovering from injury.
So, in October 2015, I decided to develop content from what I have learned over the years participating in sports teams, and my Kinesiology Degree and CSEP-CPT certification. I will utilize my research tools to provide accredited fitness information to you.
With so much information about exercising and overall fitness available online, I felt there was still a gap in the knowledge on how to effectively perform strengthening, balance, and stretching exercises.

After years of training with various coaches pushing us to our limits, and dealing with injuries we have taken a smarter approach to fitness.
Although we have a regular routine at the gym for weight and flexibility training. In addition to our regular routine, we still participate in soccer and mixed martial arts.
